12 week Hybrid Warrior Club

If you are looking to build a wellness routine for yourself - Welcome to the Club.

Our next cohort runs January-March 2026

This is a 12-week online INTENSIVE wellness program focused on education and behavioral modification.

Time Commitment - 2 hours of online participation per week (live & recorded options available), plus 1 to 3 hours of podcasts and/or articles to read each week. Moderated WhatsApp group & private Facebook group for community interaction, accountability and peer support.   

Warrior Club is a unique wellness program inspired by ancient Ayurvedic practices and validated by modern science. We use wearables to monitor our bodies responses to our daily life decisions. The goal is to increase self-awareness and self-regulation to increase both mental and physical resilience. 

Participants are expected to wear BOTH a device that measures health metrics including (but not limited to), heart rate, heart rate variability (HRV), sleep, exercise, and oxygen saturation, as well as a continuous glucose monitor (CGM). The CGM should be worn for a minimum of 2 weeks in order to gather sufficient data to guide behavior modification.

1:1 Yoga Therapy & Life Coaching w/Sierra

As a Registered Nurse and Yoga Therapist, I’m able to navigate both Eastern and Western health philosophies and help empower you to make the best decisions for your health.

I start by helping you figure out where you are mentally, physically, and emotionally through the lens of Ayurveda (the science and medicine of yoga). From there, we figure out where you want to go, or how you want to feel, and use a variety of “tools” to get there including:

- Optimizing Your Daily Routine including use of wearables - Apple Watch/Fitbit, glucose monitor, fitness rings, etc.

- Anatomy & Physiology Education

- Breathing Awareness & Practices

- Therapeutic Movement (Yoga Asana)

- Mindfulness/Meditation

- Mantra (Sound)

- Mudra (Hand Positions/Gestures)

Yoga Therapy is a slow process, designed to encourage sustainable changes.

My goal is once you “see” the way forward, you can’t ”unsee” it.
